My signature style is wide elastic scrunchies! Each scrunchie has 2cm wide non roll elastic and wrap around twice in the hair for a firm but comfortable hold. They are best for those with normal to thicker hair. I also have a selection of thin elastic for those with finer hair, extremely thick hair or those that like their scrunchies more stretchy. Thin elastic suits all hair types

Yes you can! I offer 1cm wide thin elastic which is great for all hair types. Please add a note to your order at checkout. Please note this would be considered a custom order and may take longer to ship.

I am located Gippsland, Victoria, Australia 

I handmake all scrunchies and bows in my home studio. I do not make the hair claws

I package all of the previous weeks orders Monday-Wednesday. This is why I have a 1-5 business day turn around time.

To track your order after I have shipped check your emails, it may have ended up in junk/spam. If you have trouble finding the tracking i'm more than happy to send it through to you, just message me :) 

Yes! I add monthly stickers and thank you post cards in all orders (while stocks last) orders nearing the end of the month may receive some of the previous months stock if I run out.

As long as the order has not shipped and is not a personalised item that I have started, you may request an order cancellation. Please contact me as soon as possible if you would like to cancel.

Yes, I ship worldwide from VIC, Australia. 

However please note UK/EU need to place orders through my Etsy page and not my stand alone website. Please contact me with screenshots of your order and I will set up payment through Etsy. Etsy collects VAT on behalf of the buyer whereas my website does not. 

I do not normally allow local pickups due to my own privacy, however I may make an exception for you in certain circumstances. Please contact me if you wish to collect locally

Within Australia shipping starts at $8 but I have many free shipping promotions. Please check out my shipping and returns for more information.

Yes I can ship express Australia wide. I have this option at checkout. I also have options to ship express to NZ. USA and Canada.

International shipping can be expensive and i'm sorry to all my overseas subscribers, supporters and buyers!

and $25 for the rest of the world.

Due to delays within the postal service it is hard to determine the exact shipping times.

However after your order is marked as shipped you should expect your envelope or parcel to arrive within 1-14 business days. There has been some delays that have taken up to 4 weeks in certain states although it is not a common occurrence. 

Worldwide:

Generally orders take 2-6 weeks overseas once shipped. But they may take up to 3 months. This is very uncommon but with continuously cancelled flights items may take longer to get to their destinations.

No, I don't offer returns but if you have any issues or concerns with your order please contact me.

Please contact me if you wish to exchange to the thinner elastic scrunchies. I review these requests by a case by case basis. Please note you may be responsible for all postage fees (shipped back and then reshipped) 

If you believe you may have received a faulty item or the item has broken please contact me for a resolution.
